Co-Founder & Partner
Shivraj Garia is a co-founder of YAS Mining Management LLP with over 14 years of experience across diverse industries.
His career began in the hospitality industry, where he worked as a chef with prestigious organizations including the Hyatt Group, Hilton International, and top cruise liners like Royal Caribbean. He has traveled across six continents, gaining invaluable global perspective before venturing into talc mining.
Apart from being a dynamic entrepreneur, Shivraj has a strong sense of personal values and is deeply committed to making society a better place to live.
Co-Founder & Partner
A curious and entrepreneurial thinker, Yogesh brings over 14 years of experience spanning retail to mining industries.
Starting as a sales associate at PUMA, he rapidly built his own retail venture within 3 years, eventually operating 3 MBOs in Delhi for brands like Puma, Nike, and Jockey. He then co-founded the talc mining startup in Reema, Uttarakhand, achieving an annual output of over 25,000 MTPA.
His expertise includes mechanizing mining operations, drastically reducing operational costs, and achieving holistic growth—socially, environmentally, and economically. He excels in people management, leadership, strategy, and business development.
